About InfraSafe
I help homes, families and small businesses make sense of everyday cybersecurity by focusing on calm explanation and simple steps that actually work. We want to give homes and small businesses the kind of calm, practical cyber support
that usually feels reserved for larger organisations. The focus is on clear conversations,
sensible priorities and changes that fit the way people already live and work.
InfraSafe began when I realised how many homes and small businesses were trying to manage everything themselves without clear guidance. People often told me they felt unsure about updates, passwords, routers and online accounts, yet did not want a technical service or a sales pitch. I wanted to create something steady and practical that gives people reassurance and a clear plan without any pressure.
Rather than long reports and complex language, the work centres on short sessions, simple
explanations and follow up notes that you can actually use. The aim is for you to feel more
confident around your digital life, not more overwhelmed by it.
InfraSafe is based in the UK and works remotely with households, sole traders and small teams.
Every engagement is tailored, but the values behind the work stay the same.
- Plain English rather than technical language
- Respect for time, budget and existing tools
- Steady improvements that are realistic to maintain
